If you are constantly on edge, your nervous system is over active. When your nervous system is over active you start looking for threats everywhere. You are on high alert for what is unwanted.
When you create times of stillness and connection it allows you to remember what you know. It moves you back into openness, which allows divine inspiration to drop in. It also allows you to receive in all the ways that are supportive to you and your journey.
Carve out time from your schedule to be able to rest in a place where you feel safe and comfortable. Wear your most comfortable clothes. Spend some time alone with yourself, not as an act of division but rather as an act of self love. Sleep. Meditate. Connect with your favourite guides. Do ...
