Here’s a solution to a problem with Microsoft operated computers. If your computer has to be booted up twice to start, then I have a solution.
Go to your Control Panel and Power Options and click Change What the Power Buttons Do. There will be a box checked Turn on Fast Startup (recommended). Uncheck that box.
Once you do that, reboot your computer and problem will be solved!!
We thought we had a problem with all our keyboards! Not this time. It was Microsoft programming.
