Whenever you are about to take a big leap forward, it is common for old fears and doubts to come bubbling up. As you prepare to step into 2026, you may find this happening.
Some of the fears and doubts may just be the ego self trying to keep some sense of control. If you feel that is the case, simply reassure it that it is loved, important, and going with you. That should settle it down, and is a powerful demonstration of inclusion.
Some fears and doubts continue out of habit more than substance. Let us give you an example. You might, as a child, fear there is a monster under the bed. As you mature, you realize there is no monster under the bed at all! But as you settle into that new belief, you may find yourself thinking about the monster under the bed for a moment before you remind yourself that you have discovered there is no monster.
As it may be with old beliefs and fears. They may come into your awareness but you can quickly assess their validity and stay firmly in your new, more evolved beliefs.
