Make it a practice to release energy/ emotions from the body. As the body does not know the difference between physical and emotional pain.

Some days it feels like this matrix was built to break the ones who lead with their hearts.
Like purity is punished.
Like sensitivity is treated as weakness.
Like the ones who see beyond the veil are the ones the world tries hardest to silence.
But something in my spirit keeps saying:
The opposite is coming.
My body feels it first — the trembling, the release, the old wounds finally melting off like wax under holy fire.
The body doesn’t lie. It doesn’t know “emotional pain” versus “physical pain.”
It just knows we’ve carried too much for too long.
And now the burden is burning away.
No more being shamed for not playing the world’s game.
No more guilt for refusing to harden.
No more shrinking just to survive.
We’re not from here anyway.
Our souls remember a world far older, far brighter, far more real than this one.
A world the heart whispers about when the mind is quiet.
Heaven on earth isn’t a dream — it’s a code waking up inside us.
And then, in the blink of an eye…
Suddenly.
He arrives.
The Presence.
The Truth behind all truths.
The moment every part of your being says:
Ah. There it is. I knew it.
The veil tears.
The illusions collapse.
Everything stolen is returned.
Everything broken is restored.
Everything muted in us finally roars.
The ones who were crushed will rise.
The ones who felt “too much” will become the ones who see clearly.
The heart-led will inherit what the cold never could.
Hold your ground.
The shift isn’t coming — it’s already here.
And it’s about to hit like lightning.
