Uplifting reflection of the day!
Tressy,
Gardening this morning reminded me how fragile life really is.
When a seed is first planted, it needs constant watering, constant care. But as it grows stronger and deeper roots form, it needs less from us. It learns how to reach for what it needs on its own.
It made me stop and wonder:
What seeds are we watering in our own lives?
And another thought came to me…
Are we fighting against what God already gave us?
Or are we learning to work with it?
Last year’s watermelons left behind volunteer plants, and instead of tearing them out to make everything look perfect, why not work with what already wants to grow? Move them to better ground. Water them. Let them become what they were meant to be.
Sometimes we spend so much time trying to force life into perfection that we miss the beauty of what’s already growing naturally around us.
Maybe healing is less about control and more about surrender.
Less about forcing.
More about trusting.
Let things be what they are.
And let the true you finally shine through your life.
Love & miss you!

Mother Earth is experiencing a rebirth.
Pregnant women are taught breathing techniques to ease the discomfort of the baby’s birth. Military personnel are taught breathing techniques to keep them calm and alert. Most meditation teachers teach breathing techniques to enhance a meditation practice. Not all these breathing techniques are the same.
You can use words with the breath, or not. If you like the idea of using words, experiment with them.
While intentional breathing itself is extremely helpful in most situations, there is another important aspect to using this technique. That is, a breathing technique trains you to feel the rhythm and power of your breath.
Your breath is always with you, nothing to buy, nothing to misplace. The technique also trains you to focus your attention, which is powerful beyond words.
The whole Universe is engaged in the rebirth of Earth. It is an awesome, messy, joyous, frustrating, uplifting process. Earth’s transition is a truly magnificent event. And we are ...
Our 3D Earth plane has become a world of intense duality. I consider this intense duality is technically 2D.
While the physical world and human consciousness have expanded because of the intensity, it can be challenging to find clarity and positivity in the midst of confusion and negativity.
Each of us makes an individual choice for the Light. We also choose the dichotomy that defines the duality. On one end of a scale is one idea and at the other end is either the opposite or the lack of that idea. Naming the duality can be empowering or disempowering.
In most cultures, children are taught to distinguish between "right and wrong" and "good and bad." As adults, these dichotomies often create paths to unhappiness because they can lead to judging others or ourselves when falling into the "wrong" or "bad" end of the scale.
Any scale is greatly enhanced by adding "for me" or an equivalent, so that we might say or think, "this is good for me" or "this is wrong for my life" or "this feels positive to me." That ...
